It was not an easy task to make a functional layout in a rather confusing space of the upper floor. To maintain cleanliness and conciseness, all bathrooms and utility rooms were placed in a block in the center of the apartment. We also managed to partially fence off the kitchen with a plane, which was a good background for the modulor lamp above the table.
All finishing materials are very environmentally friendly and correspond to the loft. There are white bricks on the walls, and natural oak boards on the floor. In the decoration of the kitchen, natural oak is also used in combination with steel. There are translucent linen curtains on the windows, which do not block the excellent view from the window and protect from the rays of the setting sun.
The dominant decorative element in the bedroom is the panel behind the head of the bed. The bathroom is finished with natural slate and tiles imitating natural wood. The result is a modern interior with loft elements.
