The owners of the house, people who travel a lot and subtly appreciate beauty, understand a lot about interiors. They like to stay in design hotels when they travel, so they wanted to bring a “casual” atmosphere to their home.chic» characteristic of really good interiors.

When the designers started the project, the house was already standing and its main partitions were erected. However, some adjustments were required in the planning decision. The corridor connecting the stairs and the main hall was too tight. Therefore, firstly, the entrance to the main hall was increased by reducing the game room - later it was confirmed that this decision turned out to be correct.

Secondly, it was decided to leave the office - the library, located on the continuation of the landing on the second floor, especially since the owner of the house does not like isolation and solitude. This solution allowed not only to expand the stair space, but also to let light into the staircase. And also give the corridor a cozy look.

But the focus was on the central area of the house, namely the hall, dining room and kitchen. According to the laws of the classics, these rooms imply isolation, but modern life dictates other laws. Now cooking has been elevated to the rank of art, and the hostesses of the house are happy to cook with their families.

Thus, the principle of open space has become the main one in the planning of these zones. The classical separation was made visually using an architectural technique - creating false beams, as well as due to the competent arrangement of furniture.           _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

The central place is occupied by the dining room, which is visible from both the hall and the kitchen.

The kitchen itself is hidden behind a wall. A kitchen peninsula separates the kitchen and dining area. At the same time, it is a link between these two spaces - a communication zone for households.  But in order for the kitchen to look grand - behind the sliding door, they placed a rough kitchen where all the preparatory processes take place.

And from the dining room you can go out to the summer terrace, where in good weather it's nice to have a cup of coffee.

The atmosphere of "casualchic» are emphasized by artificially aged wooden floors in the sleeping areas and marble on the first floor.

Walls painted in soothing shades alternate with intense wallpaper.

In general, the predominance of gray as a background makes it possible to use bright accents. They are what make the home feel. With apparent brightness, the color scheme is harmonious - the main accents of amber are complemented by emerald and purple.

The furniture in the house is quite modern. Frigerio sofas are very comfortable and do not overload the space. Around the dining table are chairs  Ligne Roset, designed by François Boche. Upholstered in two colors. A huge onyx slab from the Graniti Fiandre factory that adorns the wall of the dining room echoes the amber-colored Murano glass chandelier hanging in the hall.

In the SPA  zone, soft forms predominate. Soft light was built into the specially rounded columns, illuminating the floor and creating an atmosphere of relaxation. The pool bowl is finished with turquoise mosaics, echoing the rest of the house's color scheme.

In general, the house turned out to be light, spacious and airy.
